Forms & sign-offs
Everything you'll be asked to complete, in order.
You'll complete three questionnaires, then sign off on scope, migrated data, testing, and go-live. Discovery normally follows Project Set-up; in an approved pre-pricing exception it may begin after Evaluate and is re-confirmed after contract.
