Momentum AMP · Stages 7–9

Enterprise Training Curriculum

The full curriculum runs 12 sessions across 7 curriculum groupings, able to begin in Stage 7 Data Migration and run through Stage 9 Training, sequenced end to end: agency setup and customization first, then core navigation and daily workflow, then the sales, service and renewal motions, then billing, commissions and reporting, closing with optimization. Curriculum groupings are teaching groupings and are not the same list as the electable categories on Order Form Part G; each grouping shows the Part G election that funds it. Each grouping includes a design session that adapts the standard content to the agency's environment and a delivery session that trains the people who will do the work. Sessions are scheduled to the content, not to a clock. An account receives only the sessions belonging to the Part G categories it elected.
